When you create a screenshot using ComplyShot:

Annotations

If you add annotations such as highlights, arrows, shapes, text notes, drawings or sticky notes, these annotations are processed locally and remain under your control.

Used to execute temporary scripts required to support screenshot functionality and full-page capture features.

Used when you choose to copy a screenshot to the system clipboard.

International Data Transfers

Because ComplyShot processes information locally and does not transmit screenshots to external infrastructure, international transfers of screenshot data generally do not occur.

Your Rights

Depending on applicable privacy laws, you may have rights relating to your personal data, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection.

Since ComplyShot does not centrally collect or store personal data, these rights generally do not apply to information that remains solely on your own device.
